No. Once the €40 property fee has been paid, all future tenant contacts for that property are unlocked, until the property is unlisted from the marketplace. You can re-list the property anytime as there are no upfront listing fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no commission on rental agreements and pay again once a qualified tenant is found. All rental payments and deposits are handled directly between landlord and tenant.
